We need some cold weather up north to move the mallards south, thank goodness for Alabama�s January 31 duck season closure.

Phillips Project Rules

Physically Challenged Blind first come first served.
For youth hunting you must have someone with you 17 or under and an  adult must accompany a youth hunter.
Hunt Wednesday Sat. Sunday until noon only.
No afternoon hunting and no camping.
No driving on levees and no overnight camping.
